already 3 times ,I  have made mistake to upload a png file.

In my form there are many checkboxs .i want to  decorate them like that site

Thank you for the screenshot and I see this is a follow-up to our support forum manager's response to your question about checkboxes found here which was opened several times. So we ask that you please be careful not to open up multiple threads about the same issue unless it is entirely unrelated.

Anyhow, It looks like you are seeking a method to have your checkboxes reorganized into a sort of paragraphic format that is unordered. Is that correct? If so than the closest I think you're going to get with this is using the spread columns ability with your checkboxes which is closer to that but only expands into 4 columns to maintain a neat look which just looks nicer in the long run. But I understand if that is something you do not want to do.

However, If this is something you really want to do then you can take it there furthermore by using some custom injected css coding to remove the spacing in between and then you can tweak it further than that. The problem with it though is that depending on the size of your Paracheckbox List it would likely become very tedious.
