Can I use your forms to intigrate into my new website and when requesting credit card information is it safe?

I currently have a website for my nanny referral business and we require a credit card with expiration date ,security code and billing address for confirmation and cancellation purposes.  My hosting company is Go Daddy and they are requiring me to build a new website as the old software is about to discontinue.  In building the new website they advised me that they could not include the fields for cc information and suggested that I use one of your forms to integrate into my website.  They said that it is not safe to have the cc information if it is transmitted through a website.  If I use one of your forms including the credit card information would this then make it safe to ask for the information.  I have a ssl site but I guess that is not secure enough.

I tried to put on one of your payment options but I already have a merchant service account and it is not one of your choices and the other ones would all have to have charges made which is not something we do on a regular basis.

Please let me know what my options would be

In any case it is not advisable to ask for any user's credit card details in your form and it is not safe.

Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users in JotForm. If you need to process payments, you should use one of our integrated payment tools.

Our automated anti-phishing system scans all forms and marks them with probability of being used for phishing activities. If you create such forms, it's just a matter of time and our anti-phishing filter will disable your form and suspend your account.

You do not have to create a new merchant account to be able to use any of our payment tools. You can use our payment tools and integrate it with your own merchant account. Please check the screenshot below for the list of Payment integration currently available:
