Each form question would be heading to a spreadheet column. Each time submit button is clicked a new line of info would get added to the spreadsheet. I would somehow access that spreadsheet on my home computer and/or ipad/android.

It is possible to achieve your requirement.

You may also like to take a look at our reporting options as well. You can create report and access it online which will display all the submission records you have received. You can create password protected reports as well. You may like to take a look at the following reports:
