Why is part of the form I created not showing up when I preview it or embed it in my website?

I created a gift registry form which I embedded in my website and it was working well, but when I edited it it stopped loading the form part for some reason; I've tried creating a new form and it does the same with them all. I can see what I've created in the form creator part, but as soon as I preview or embed it the options disappear. Screen shot provided.

I have cleared your forms cache. I hope this helps. I would also suggest embedding your form using our iFrame method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code to avoid the possible issues that our default javascript method will create to your webpage.

Can you also check if you're connected to our secure website link? The secure link would start with https://www or https://secure. If you're connected on the domain www.jotform.co, the secure link is https://www.jotform.com or https://secure.jotform.co.
