I have received (as far as I know) two submissions marked as "pending".
In both cases I can't see them listed in "inbox", and they haven't arrived in my integrated Google sheet. I did receive an automated email.
How can I search for entries like this?
How can I find out why they are marked as "pending"?
How can I move them from "pending" to "paid" - if that is the issue?
I couldn't find ANY info about pending submissions on your FAQ's or help page.
Thanks
Sophie

Hello Sophie,
If you have a submission where you have already received the payment but their data has not reached your tables yet, their submission might be under the pending payments section. This can be accessed and manually completed on your form's table. I can walk you through on how this can be accessed:
- On your form's table, click the 3 dotted icon on the tab to open its menu.
- Select the Pending Payment, this will open a new section.
- On the new section, submissions with no detected payment will be seen and can be marked as complete to bring them over to your Tables submission table.
You may also visit our user guide about How to View Incomplete Payments of Your Payment Forms. Please keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

This is not ideal.
It's much too easy to be unaware of hidden incomplete/pending submissions.
It would be great if there was a higher profile warning with a direct link to see who is having an issue with completion, before it disappears without trace!
Thanks,
Sophie

Hello Sophie,
Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Currently this is the only way to check the incomplete Payments in the Form Table. If you could let us know the best method to show the incomplete payment status. We can raise it to our development team to implement it as a feature in near future.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
