I have deleted a form and I would like to use the same link (customises).

Is it possible?

You can use the same link by restoring the deleted form from Trash (if not purged) and customize as per your requirement.

Please follow the instructions from How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms to restore a deleted form.

Hi Eliana,

You can always create a fix custom URL Name for different forms.

Check this user guide -How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form

When you create custom URL name of the form, the form ID# is not shown on the URL anymore. What can be seen instead is just the custom URL name.

So, in your case, you can just create the same custom URL name on another form. 

To clarify also, since you have purged already the deleted form, there is no way to restore it anymore.
