Cannot login to Jotform via Google.

    We have an account created with Google but when we login in the google screen account splash disappears and nothing happens. Need to login to adjust form that we have created. Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've flushed your account's login attempts. Please clear your browsers cache and try it again and let us know how it goes. If the same thing happens again, could you please try to log in using a different browser or device and see if this would work?

    Hello. Thanks for the response. No luck. Cleared cache, tried alternative device (phone), different browser, Edge.

    My phone did flash an error message; error did not show on PC browsers.

    OK, I downloaded the app and it works. Signed me in no problem. :-)

    Still doesn't work on [PC] browser though.

    Hi Phillip,

    Can you try to access it by using your Username or Email address and your Password. I also reflushed your login attempts to try it out.

    Still not working. As mentioned, the app on a mobile device signed me in with no issues.

    Can you please try to reset your password? Then, login using your username/email and password. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    The current password is not recognizing my (Google) password. I didn't enter a signup password as I used the sign in with Google button.

    Nevermind, please close this ticket/call/support as i'll just use the app from now on.

    Hello Phillip,

    We understand you want to close this thread. Just incase you still need to help logging in, you would need to create a password through forgot password link on the login page since your Google password is not recognized. Then, enter you Google email and follow the rest of the instruction to create a password. After that, instead of Google sign in, you would need to enter your Google email and the newly created password:
