Unable to reset my passwords

Thank you for contacting JotForm support, please check your spam folder for the reset link, if it is not in your spam folder could you please provide us with the username or email linked to the account and we will gladly investigate.

I believe the email linked to the account is hayate.elmessoussi@claritycgc.org.

I did check the spam folder and junk folder, nothing was received. I even attempted to link it to my cell number through google account. Please help!

We checked the email account that was provided and it seems that the user is on the guest account and the email linked t is not verified this might be the cause of not receiving notification. May I verify, if this is the only email account that you are trying to log in to?

Many thanks for your assistance! In an attempt to gain access to the portal, I thought my account was linked to my personal gmail account. In doing so, I created an account accidentally. The Clarity CGC should be the only active account for me. Unfortunately, I don't remember my logging info or password.

Please let me know how I can put this matter to rest and gain access to Clarity CGC account.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked our records with your email domain and I was able to trace an account with username claritycgc and email address P**@claritycgc.org. Is this your account and do you have access to this email address?

If you have access to this email address, you can reset your account password and sign in to this account. You may like to take a look at this guide on how to reset account password.
