Delete submissions

Hi, I would like to know how am I going to delete the old submission data before it reach the limit. As I know, there are only 500 submissions limitation for all forms and it will delete the oldest data once it reach the limit. Can I delete in advance before it reach the limit?

And also, I saw a "send reminder email" feature in the form but it is lock. Is the feature require to subscribe on the plan to unlock?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that when you reach your limit, old submissions will be automatically deleted. But if you want to delete submissions in advance, please refer to this guide. Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Yup, I saw the total submissions has reduce to zero but however the monthly submission will still remain there?

Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that deleting the submissions from the account will not reset the monthly limit. If you need to receive more submissions for the month, you may upgrade your account or use Get More feature to increase the submissions count for free or wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month.
