I keep getting a “There was an error. Please try again later.” error when trying to log in

    Hello,

    I have been trying to log in for the past several hours, but I keep getting a red box that says “There was an error. Please try again later.” (I log in through Google). I’ve tried using Google Chrome and Safari.

    When I try to submit a support request I get a 404 error. I don’t know what to do here. I am trying to set up enrollment forms for our school, but have no access to my account.

    Hello Chris,

    I checked your account and there are no restrictions set on it that might prevent you from logging in to your account. I have also flushed your login attempts so could you please try logging in again?

    If the issue is still persisting, try clearing your browser cache. Also, are you always logging in through Google? Can you try setting up your Jotform credentials so you can use that to log in instead of your Google account? To do this, you only need to set a Jotform password by following the steps in this guide. After resetting your password, use your email or username and the newly set password to log in.
