just says Please Wait....

I am able to submit the form successfully without any issues. Please see the screenshot below :
There should be caching issue with the browser that you are using. I would suggest to clear the cache on the browser by following the instructions provided in the document below :
Also, please try on a different browser to see if it works. If the issue persists, please reply to this post. We are happy to assist you further.

Like my colleague Kiran, I was able to submit the form without any issues.
Would you mind checking it again but first with your browser's cache cleared as suggestion by my colleague? If that doesn't make any difference, kindly provide steps on how to reproduce the problem like what fields you have filled that causes the form to freeze upon submission so we can check it further.
