the pictures taken from mobile camera are large in size by default. I dont want to restrict it but is there a way to compress it so it wont eat my storage on cloud?

    Hello Ashraf,

Thanks for your patience, I appreciate it. This can be achieved by changing the file upload size limit. I'll walk you through setting that up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the File upload field.
    2. Click the Gear icon, then click on the Options tab.
    3. Switch On the Limit File Size feature and then adjust the Minimum and Maximum file size depending on your requirements.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

But this will reject the file from being uploaded if over size. It wont compress the photos taken directly from the camera.

ex my iphone camera snaps shots of 2mb avg. i want the picture to upload but be resized so it takes less volume on cloud drive

    Hello Ashraf,

Thanks for reaching back. I am afraid that the ability to auto compress the uploaded files is not implement on the system yet. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

If you have other concerns, let us know.
