My form can't be submited :

    Hi,

    I realized that I did not have customers contacting me for 20 days.

    So I filled out the form as a customer and I'm surprised to discover this new message:

    "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed". We didn't change nothing before these 20 days.

    What is that? No customers can contact us through our form.

    Please could you check our form and repare this situation.

    Hi,

    So far when checking your form, you have "email" set as unique questions. Or was there something else before this? (Please check the following image) This means users can only submit 1 unique email address. If they try to submit again using the same email address, they will be prompted with that error.

    Here's how to find out the unique question settings on your form.
