Paid for this month and users cannot submit form. Why?

    I disabled & deleted my other forms, and created a new one, paid for this month and no one can vote on my site now.Why?

    today is the last day for voting and no one can vote and i paid  for this month and created a new form. Please contact me asap. Thank you troy 253 347 4052

    In this account you have Economy plan which includes 10000 monthly submissions. In this moment you have 10001 this is why users cannot submit the form:

    Unfortunately deleting a form and its submissions does not affect the submissions counter, as submissions counter gets reset once at the beginning of each month or at the moment when you upgrade.

    You can increase your monthly limits for free by visiting our Get More section and creating reviews or sharing Jotform in social media. 

    The other alternative is to upgrade as you reached the limits of the Economy Plan. It depends also on the amount of submissions that you still expect.
