Why I can't make any changes with the Customize Notification Email in approval flow.
Whenever I edited the email and saved it, it doesn't reflect the changes/updates I made.
Have tried deleting the email to make a new one but still showed the email version I've deleted.

Hi Natalie,
Apologies for the inconvenience. I've cloned your form and was able to reproduce your issue is not being able to update the email template for the element on your approval workflow. However, I was able to fix it by deleting the entire element on your form and replacing it with a new one. To delete the email element on your form click on the trash icon for it and then replace the element with either PDF if you are including a submission PDF attachment to the email being sent or use the regular email element if you are not including any PDF attachment.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Harvey
The problem I'm encountering right now is about the email on the Customize Notification Email where edits on the email isn't possible. Please let me know how to resolve this the soonest.

Can you please try to clear your forms cache and see if it will make any difference? If not, try to do it on a different device and/or web browser. If the issue persists, please send us a Loom video capturing the process that you're doing at your end so we can better understand the issue.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us. As we could not replicate the issue on our end, please try to delete the existing email element in the approval and then add it again to see if troubleshooting would fix the issue.
