I am unable to set up an autoresponder email.

    I can not set up an autoresponder to send an email notifications that the "form has been submitted" and what was submitted. I do not have the "email" feature to add....on the drop-down menu.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here. It is really easy to set up the auto responder email. Let me show you how to do that: 

    • Click on the Setting on the Orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    • In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Click on the Add a mail button.Select Auto responder email.
    • Make changes on the auto responder as per the requirement, Click on the Save button to save the changes.
