Ongong problem with various IE (internet explorer) and forms.

I have read all the answers in this forum for different ways to get internet explorer to view my forms correctly.

I have (2) forms I created and both I had people test at their homes (plus on my computer) internet explorer.

They all have the same issues.

This is one of the forms - the amount does not calculate and when you hit submit it does nothing.

    http://leadwizard.com/order.html

    works fine in other browsers.

The other form this one does not show anything in the conditional fields and does not let the form be submitted.

again in other browswers works fine.

We have tried in IE explorer 9 up to version 11 and all the same problem.

This seems to be an ongoing problem with IE does anyone know of a fix. I really like jotform but if it does not work in the main browsers then it really is not much use as I cannot tell which browsers my customers will be using.

Im at my wits end with this issue. I have tried iframe and various other fixes and I cannot get internet explorer to co-operate.

I could not even fill out this forum request for help in internet explorer to post I had to use firefox.

    Please advise.

    Thank you

I have test your form in IE, the calculation was done correctly, and the form was successfully submitted. I have IE 11 version 11.0.9600.

Maybe you need to enable JavaScript in your browser:

Please check that, and also, try clearing your browsers cache, sometimes it it has to do with cache issues. Let us know what happens.

OK Thank you -  I will try but the thing is how and I supposed to tell each customer to check and do these things  - when they go to our webpage?

As I had my sister try on her computer 5 states away, another person in a total different state and then us here at home on our 3 different computers and none could get it to work just by viewing the page and not having to go in and make alterations to their browser settings.

It seems I will just put a message on the site "form" is not compatible with some versions of internet explorer and to call in their order.

    Thank you,

I still do like jot form except for the IE issues.  Internet explorer is not a good browser I myself do not use it but unfortunately many businesses and our customers do.

It's quite odd, did you receive the submission I sent through IE? It did go through on my end as I said. What I would suggest you would be to embed your form using the iFrame code, in this way there would not be need to ask users to enable JavaScript on browsers.

Please try embedding with the iFrame code, that should solve the issue, let us know what happens.
