Hi,
I went ahead and changed your username to "HRSocial". As far as the URL edit, you can either use the following methods:
1. Using custom domain: https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform
2. Changing your custom URL for your form so it will follow this URL format:
https://www.jotform.com/username/custom_name
