Keyboard does not appear on ipad on embeded form

We are having an issue where people using iPads can't enter information in text boxes on embeded forms. They are reporting that their keypad does not appear as it should. Here is a link to the page:

I was able to reproduced the same issue when I tried your form on the website  using an Ipad mini browser. The screen keyboard/keypad of the device is not triggered when clicking on the Textboxes of the form

Can you please try re-embedding the form http://www.jotform.us/form/41885953117160  to your website using its iframe code embed instead.

 You need to remove first the currently embedded form and re-embed using the iframe code.

I actually test also using the form's direct URL http://www.jotform.us/form/41885953117160 on the same Ipad and the screen keyboard/keypad works.

Please try this. Inform us if there are still issue even after doing this already.

We already tried using the iframe on another test page and we had the same issue. Any other suggestions so that we still have the form embedded on the page?

I don't have an iPad handy. However, I tried to test it on simulator and an Android tablet. On the simulator I was able to reproduce the issue. But it works on Android tablet. Please allow me some time to work on this issue and get back. 

Meanwhile, could you see if the issue resolves by clearing the caches on ipad or a restart if possible.
