My form on my Wordpress site is not updated even I edit it in Jotform

Oh my gosh, this is so frustrating.  

I have updated my form, but it doesn't appear on my website.

I have search for your the form you mention above and here it is http://www.jotform.co/form/32905672584866. I have compared your sites form and the form I provided I don't see any difference. Can you please double check the form on your website.

If you made any changes but it didn't reflect but it was saved you can revert the change by going to revision history http://www.jotform.com/blog/95-Introducing-Form-Revisions-Never-Lose-Your-Work-Again-.
