My company has shared access to a jotform table with me and I have every download option except for Download as PDF. I'm brainstorming with my colleagues on how to remedy this. Any ideas how they can share that option? It doesn't say Read Only or Collaborator for me. See below and thanks in advance.

Hi Jeffrey,
Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. If you are trying to download form submissions into PDF, just follow the steps below:
1. Go to My Forms.
2. Select the form with the submissions you want to download.
3. Click the Submissions button in the top toolbar.
4. Click the Download All button on the top right side of Jotform Tables.
5. Choose the file format to begin the download process.
For both CSV and Excel, the download will automatically start. For PDF, a zip file will be created and sent to your primary email address. You’ll get the following message after clicking the PDF option:
It may take some time for the ZIP file to be created based on the number of submissions in your form.
We have a PDF Editor where you can change the default design of the PDF copy of your form submissions. Please visit the following links for more information: Jotform PDF Editor.
For your reference visit this guide.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any more questions.

My picture did not post on my question, but here is the visual. I only have Tables that are shared with me, I don't have any forms of my own. When I click on Download, there is no option for Download PDF, just to download the attachments that are embedded in the form.

Hi Jeffrey,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you provide the Form URL for us to check and replicate the issue. Also, is this a collaboration? If yes, you should be able to download the pdf.
Please check this guide for Collaboration.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
