Add hyperlink in the header field.

Can you not add a HYPERLINK feature for the description portion of the form header?

Just like how we can add hyperlinks here and in any standard text editor bit.

On form view, the link does not convert automatically to a hyperlink.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, no, it is not possible to add a hyperlink text in header field of form.

I would suggest you to add a Paragraph field in form and inject custom CSS code to place the paragraph field in desired location below the header field. Please take a look at this cloned form, where I have added the paragraph field with hyperlink code and injected custom CSS code to place it below the header field. Feel free to clone this form for a closer look at the changes.
