Form asking for logging in to be filled

Hi there,

working on an APP....

app links to a FORM.... "you've been invited by a friend".

it's supposed to just be a form but when I click it from "the app".... it forces people to login. It shouldn't do that -- it should just be a form to fill out and submit.

How do I make the login force go away?

Here is a guide on where to find the App link. Regarding the form, how do you share it? Is it through the App or through Jotform Emails? You can also help us with some screenshots.
