How do I reopen a time slot?

Hi,

I've had someone reschedule their appointment, however their original appointment time is still blocked out to others booking it, even though it's now free again.

How do I open this time slot back up to others?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To enable the time slot again in the appointment field, you'll have to delete the submission first. You'll also have to make sure that it is permanently deleted from trashed entries. Let me show you how:

• Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
• Select the Trashed entries option.

• In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
• Click the Delete Forever button.
• Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.
