Help with 2 form questions

    Hi,

     

    I was wondering if you knew how we could make the following changes to our form.

    1. Can we have the Inspection Street Address (field) as email Subject?

    2. Is there a way to Reply to sender or reply to all email addresses on the form?

    Hi,

    To change the subject of your email notification, click on the "Email Alerts" tab and then the notification you would like to change.  From there you will see a popup similar to this:

    Change {form_title} to the field you would like to have as the subject, in your case the street address field.  Here is an example:

    Clicking the field on the right hand side will add the proper field name.

    You can setup automatic responses to the people filling out your form by following this guide:

    This will send an email to the user filling out your form based on data entered in your form.  If you would like notifications to be sent to specific people each time a form is submitted, you can setup a notification email to multiple people:

    Hi,

    Thanks you for the fast reply, It worked like a charm!

    The second question should have been worded this way.

    When we get the form data sent to us and want to reply back to the person that sent it, we click reply but the email address is noreply@jotform.com.

    Is there a way to allow the reply option to go to the sender of the form?

     

    If so... We have 3 email fields on this form. can the reply be set to reply to all of the email fields that were filled out in the form?

    Hey,

    To change the reply to email open up the notification again, and change the "Reply to" field:

    To and email field in your form, for example I added a default email field to my form and then changed it to the field:

    This will set the "Reply" setting in the email to whatever the user has entered in that field.  You would need to set this up for each notification.  Unfortunately you can only select one field per notification.
