I have my contract fillout and and able to use. when clients fill out and sign its not sending me the full contract in my email only the info they fill out and there signature. how do I change that?? I want to print and copy the entire contractPage URL:

To fix the incomplete content in the email of your form http://www.jotform.ca/form/42198543957266, -- add a new Notification Email.
Follow this user guide -Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
Just Add New Email using the button
The new Notification Email created should have a complete content and updated fields form the form.
Please try this and then test submit your form again. Then check if the email content is now complete to what were actually in the form.
Inform us if issue still persist.
