    hello,

I have created a form called the Podcast Intake Form for my podcast network. This form is what the podcasters send to us with information to build their web pages. We need certain size photos etc to be loaded to the web site.

The issue is that I made an edit to the size requirement and the edit is not showing up in the response email that is triggered when they fill out the form.

see example- Host Photo 8 MB size is what we are asking the hosts to send. In the other screens shot it shows the text saying 50 MB. Why is the second form not the same as the one asking for 8MB size?

    see attachments- please advise?

    Hello Diane,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked both of your forms and I can see that on your Podcast Intake Form single "page" you're using the 8MB for the upload field; however, on your Podcast Intake Form single "entries" it looks like your edit did not save successfully.

If I'm understanding this correctly, you've wanted your users to upload a max of 8MB only for their image upload, right? If so, can you please try to edit the upload field on your Form Builder once again since I've already cleared your form cache to remove any minor bugs that could be causing some issues on the form.

I've tested this on my cloned form and it worked fine like you see in the screencast below:

Here is the result of the email.

In addition, you may also want to consider cloning your form directly. In this way, whatever fields and settings, and conditions you have on the original form, will be copied over the cloned form. This can be resulted in minimal edits and would greatly help instead of starting from scratch.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
