My forms is still READING FULL. IT IS EMPTY AND I CANT FILL OUT FORMS. WHAT IS THE STEPS TO FIXING THIS.

Hello Alvin,
Thanks for using Jotform. I have checked your form and it is showing that you have reached your quota. Upon checking your account, it seems like you shouldn't get this error. I have cleared your form cache and you should be able to access your form now.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Clearing your form caches will always come in handy if the issue is caused by a small glitch. For how to clear forms cache, please check this guide: How to Clear Your Form Cache
- Hover on your avatar.
- Click Settings to go to the Account Settings page.
- Scroll down to the Form Caches section.
- Click the Clear Cache button.
