Auto Generate a Custom PDF?

I know this isn't currently an option, however, I'm wondering if you are considering implementing this feature in the future?  Currently, your server auto generates a PDF based off form submissions.  I am proposing that you take this one step further, and allow the auto generated PDF to be customized with images, text and manipulation of submitted data.  A feature like this would allow for creating certificates of completion, verification of registration and much more.

As it stands, the only way to create a certificate of completion is to build a table, set your certificate image as the table background image, and interlace your referenced fields into the properly aligned table boxes.  However, this method is inefficient, as images are often blocked with email servers, and the "Thank You" letter will not allow you to print HTML images.

A customization option like this would place JotForm in a different category from its competitors, as it would give an entirely new depth into the way submitted data is presented.

    Hi,

We appreciate your inputs for this existing feature. I think there's a new feature that is currently under development that would allow us to modify the PDF output of a submission or when creating a PDF report.

I am also submitting this thread to our developers as a feature request.  We can't promise any timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it via this thread.

For now, you may consider using Webmerge (https://www.webmerge.me/) through Zapier: http://zpr.io/gEpw. You may need to subscribe Webmerge's paid plans.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Just for a reminder, we have greatly improved our standard PDF which also has "Auto-Hide" and "Show headers and texts".

Moreover, submission PDF Editor's first version is available at:

Submission Page -> click Get PDF -> Customize PDF

Thank you very much for your insights. We would definitely love to hear more.

    Kind regards
