For our form "NoVa Market Order (or information) Form" -- the first person on the alert list is not getting the emails until an hour after they are sent. Everyone else gets them right away.
What can do we about that? We tested the person's email -- and all other email is coming in fine.

You have two emails under the same domain, the other one is receiving the form email without any issues. I guess it's something because of the mail sender details. Please try Full Name and firstname.lastname@example.org in the sender details, like this:
The first one is the only email I've found to have a different settings. Hopefully, changing the sender details will resolve the problem.
If not, I would suggest to whitelist or add both noreply@jotformcom and email@example.com to the domain safe sender list. Please do the same to our IP Addresses and Email Server Domains: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. You can ask your hosting provider for help if you don't know how to do this.
