Countersignature added to PDF

I am trying to add a countersignature into the approval process workflow. I believe I have done it correctly but we will need that countersignature to populate onto the original PDF our clients are completing.
To reference the form I'm working on: https://www.jotform.com/workflow/221936504595159/build
Form is called "Testing countersignature"
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jordyn,
Thanks for waiting. I apologize for the delay in response. You can send a PDF with countersignature to your form responder by enabling the PDF option from the Email Approval Settings. Let me show you how.
