I would like my team (3 people) to be notified when a form is completed. I also would like the submitted information to be in the form of a google spreadsheet. Is this possible?

Hello,
You can send submission notification emails to your team members by adding them as recipients to your notification email. You can follow this steps to add multiple recipients.
