Issues with jumping to top of page after hitting sumit

    Hi there,

I've read through most of your answers for how to use different source codes to remedy the issue that most are having with jumping to top of page after hitting next or submit.

The problem is, each of the possible solutions suggestion present a new problem.  if I use Lightbox, the (Next and Back) buttons disappear on some (not all) of the pages of my form on my website, and if I use the Wordpress code (I have the plugin), it doesn't jump to the top, however it looks cleaner and I'd prefer to use this instead of Lightbox.  It appears that not one code really helps me with the issue of reading the thank you that i've prepared at the end of completing the form (including iFrame).

    Can you help me?

    Thank you,

    Irene

    Hi,

We are unable to view the page here. The page is probably save as draft since we are seeing this error "You do not have permission to preview drafts.".

To clarify, do you prefer on using the default script embed code or lightbox? Have you tried using iframe embed code? The form is probably conflicting with your website scripts that's why it doesn't behave similarly on the stand alone form. Using iframe embed code should stop any possible conflict since the form loads in an iframe container.

You can also switch to custom thank you URL instead of using custom thank you message. The form will then redirect to your thank you page after form submission.  http://www.jotform.com/help/38-How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission

Let us now if there's anything I've missed. Thanks!
