How to force a sync to ftp/dropbox?

    We have gone through a few hundred submissions and found several of them did not sync correctly.  Is there a way to force the system to resend all submissions to dropbox or ftp?

    Unfotunately, this is not possible since the integration works with new submissions only. I am not sure if this works for you, but please refer to this thread since there were some suggestions made here which you may find useful.

    Please get back to us if you need further assistance. We are happy to assist you.

    Yea, that doesn't really work.  The ruby solution to download everything is also broken.  I'm not exactly in the mood to go through clicking a few hundred links to get my files either. Kind of annoying seeing as I'm paying for a service which didn't work as promised, and the issue is one which has been ongoing for YEARS now without being fixed or at the very least providing a backdoor to readily provide a workaround for the failings of jotform.

    @gen2advisors

    Thanks for providing your feedback and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused.

    I have taken this into a feature request as it seems a good addition but unfortunately I could not promise you any ETA for this. The only workaround we had is to use the ruby script which seems to be available and working as of checking. http://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader. Although, I agree with you that this requires extra steps which is a bit hassle but this it still better than having to go throughout your submissions and download it manually. Unfortunately, as much as I want to, this is the only way to get your files sync.

    Regarding on the integration, may I suggest you to re-integrate your form to Dropbox if it's not sending files properly. I have no clue as to why the other files are left behind, it could be due to the Dropbox updates since as far as I know we did not touch anything from the Dropbox integration recently. This might help resolve the problem.

    Thank you so much!

    Here is another app that might be useful. If the uploads are image files it can show them all at once:
