Products List: Set quantity limit to free items

Example: On the supply request form all products are free. However, I only want people to be about to request up to 8 items total on the product list.

Do I need to add amounts?

    Hello kinyattacoe,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you are currently using the products list, I'm afraid it is not possible to create conditions. If you choose to use regular fields, you can follow these steps:

    1. Use regular fields i.e. multiple choice questions to list your product. Please use one multiple choice question for one product.

    2. Set the calculation value in multiple choice questions. In your case, you can set 1 as the calculation value for each of your products. The following guide should help you.

    3. Add conditions to perform the calculations and discounts based on the number of items. If the total exceeds 8, then the user will not be able to proceed to the next step. The following guide should help you.

    4. Add the Form Calculation widget in the form to calculate the amount based on product selection. Use this guide for your reference.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
