I need to Set up a Conditional Branch Element but my Elements menu does not
    show any "Conditional" choices.
How do I get this menu to show?

It's a simple If NO then goto another element field.

    You didn't answer my question

    WHERE'S The menu ????

    Hi Ernest,

Thank for getting back to us. The conditions can be added to the form by going to Settings and then Conditions. Let me walk you through how to add a condition to your form:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
    • Choose the conditions you would like to add on your form as per your requirements.
    • Add conditions in the form.
