Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set your form access setting to Private and then invite your users through email.

Here's how to do it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
• Click on Public Form.
• Click on Private Form.
• Close the popup window.
• Click on the field under Invite By Email and type in your user's email address.
• Click on Send Invitation.
