Text placeholder not showing in "other" radio option

When adding an "other" field in a radio choice, the word "other" (text placeholder) stopped showing in the textbox like it did when I first started building the form. what's wrong? Thank you.

If you cannot access one of this link, then it could be a DNS problem.

I checked it again, and it is actually working fine here. I did try using Israel's proxy and still, it's showing fine.

Yes, I posted about 15 minutes ago ALL the issues went away and all the forms work ok. This happened for about an hour this morning too. Any minute they can stop working again.

I can access all of the links but they are just pages of text. Is this how I'm supposed to see them? Text?

I would upload a screen shot but you have a problem with your forms and I can't upload an image to a reply.

The links are for us to confirm if you have a DNS problem. Since you can access all of it, I think there's no issue on that.

It just shows an empty image icon. It doesn't upload it.

Ok, this is the first time THIS worked but all other times it doesn't like in the picture above.
