Transaction in Paypal does not complete.

    2) Transaction in Paypal does not complete

    Once a user has made a payment through JotForm Paypal Express, that payment appears as "Pending" in

    my Paypal account. However, the "Pending" is permanent (which means that it never becomes "Completed".

    Would you have a solution to this?

    Hi,

    Can you please confirm if those payments in your Paypal account were actual completed or successful payment transactions done using the form?

    The non-successful payments in the form will usually end up in the Incomplete Payments box in the form submission page.
