Can I use the same form on more than one site? Also, I cannot see any forms when I log in.

some time back I made a file upload form on your site but it doesn't seem to work. My email is stargraphics@netins.net When I came back to your site to see what I had done wrong but it says I don't have any forms to view. The form comes up on my site http://www.stargraphics.biz

    Hi Jerry,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the site URL you provided and the embedded form there is present on your account which is the Send a File with Captcha Form. This is the only active form in your account. Are you saying that when you log in to your stargraphics account, you're not seeing this on your My Forms page? Can you log out of your Jotform account, clear your browser cache, log back in, and check again? And about your question if you can use the same form on more than one site, yes, you can certainly embed the same form on different sites.

Give our suggestion a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your answer. The file upload form is active and working on my website. My question now is that I have a basic contact form installed on my "contact" page of this same site and I just tested it and it works but it doesn't show up on My Forms, just the File Upload.

To put that same basic contact form on a site that I maintain for a customer how would any messages from that form get to the right email? or do I need to do a new form for that site. The url is www.coopermotors.net.

    Hello Jerry,

This contact form that is embedded on www.stargraphics.biz is associated with another email address, that is why you do not see it in your account. Just to confirm, you want to add this same form to www.coopermotors.net, is that correct? If yes, then it is possible. You can just embed the form using the right code same way like you did with the other website.

For the notifications, if you have access to that form, you can go to the notification email settings and add a recipient email. This guide will show you how to do it.

Let us know if you have any more questions.
