Changes in Form Builder doenst reflect on PDF Editor.

    Hello Jotform!

    We recently added a new question to our paperwork. But it's not showing up when we print the PDF. How can we permanently add this question and the response to it at the beginning of the PDF that we need to print?

    As seen in the link below, the first question you see on the form does not show up on the PDF.

    Hello Parsons_Trista,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. If you add a new field via your form builder, your PDF editor will be updated accordingly. Let us know if you need more help.

    Hi Parsons,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I have reviewed your PDF Document and the first question in your form was successfully added to the PDF Document as shown below:

    As you can see from the screenshot, the form field Would you like to be on our cancellation list? is the first question on your PDF Document. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to understand better what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
