how come i can't choose one of my prior forms and make a new one?

    I can't seem to get into any of my forms that i've already created. 
    I need to update some and don't want to have to recreate them.

    even if i create a new form and i go into the my forms section i can't get back into that form... 

     

    Any help would be great!

    Did you mean that you are trying to access your forms to make a clone (copy) of it to make a newer version from that? Please confirm, correct me, or explain this more.

    If you are trying to choose a form to make a new one from it you can basically clone it via the url or alternatively select it from a list of your forms that will appear.

    You had also stated that you g into your forms section you cant get into a form? Are you talking about your My Forms Section and you cant access the form's formbuilder when attempting to "edit" it?

    I've cleared your form cache so can you please try that again now and let us know if it's still happening?

    I am still not able to click on anything in the My Forms section. 

    There is a check box in front of my files that i can't click in and there is no option to clone or anything

    Hi,

    This sounds like there may be an issue with your web browser.  If you could try clearing your browsers cache and history, or trying another web browser to see if that works.  If you are still unable to edit your forms after that. let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.

    I use chrome and have cleared that a few times already. I've also tried it in IE with the same results.

    That is very strange.  I checked your account and everything appears to be functioning properly.  The forms are accessible and all the options show up when clicking on "More".  The only other thing I can recommend is to try FireFox.  But Chrome tends to have more functionality than FireFox to begin with so I am not sure that will help.  Everything appears to be working fine on our end though.
