Why am I unable to download submitted Image Files?

I am a paying member and what I do it is very important that I receive all the images that the users submit.  The Models are submitting their images and on a select few some of their images are broken.  The thumbnails show up, the image says it downloads ok, but I can't open the pic.  Is their a reason for this? Or better yet how do I correct it?

Okay so basically if I understand you correctly you are unable to download the images that are submitted to you after being uploaded on your form?

I have cleared your form cache's for you to refresh them so I would recommend trying to download the images again to see if they will download for you now? If not then let us know...

I looked on your website but I was only able to find a "signup form" which had no upload fields so I'm not sure if I am looking at the right form you speak of or not.

Is your upload form a different form? Perhaps your contest signup form? Can you please confirm or provide us a link to the correct form or tell us which one so that we can investigate it?

Also, is this happening on all of the submissions for the form or only a few? Please provide us with an example submission that is giving you this issue.
