Please make sure that Unique Submission is NOT ENABLED in your form.

If your form Unique Submission is set to Loose Check or Strict Check, it will allow only 1 submission per user every time.
I have already checked your account myroyalcard and it is currently Active and still have a lot of submission available.
Inform us if there are still issue.
