Some data of the form is not being sent

and in some forms, some areas of the form are not being sent such. For example "number of guests".

What could be causing this?

Incorrect field variables on emails, that is mostly the reason why. Recreating your email notification should fixed it.

Just delete your existing email notification and create a new one.
