Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I cloned your form but was not able to recreate the issue. I have also cleared your form cache. Can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
