On one of my forms all the submissions are incomplete and I have to manually accept them. The payment part isn't working. My paypal is set up and I have the ipn thing on but my clients are having to come in to pay.

But can you please confirm if you have receive the payment through Paypal?

NO I am not receiving the payments. Maybe paypal was messed up?

Well, that means that your clients/customers didn't settle the payment after redirected to the Paypal Payment Page. Note that when someone didn't settle the payment, that particular submission will be logged as incomplete. Manually completing the submission into the incomplete payment section doesn't mean that the payment will be captured after.
