In the payment options
When I try and set up for both monthly billing with a one time set up fee, at first it will show monthly payments right after I hit save, but when I go to my form and look at it, it shows one time payment.
I've taken it off for now. Is there a way to fix this?

We would like to check how it appears to your form. This way, we can create a documentation and submit it to our developers so they can review.
