Hola! Desde este mes en vez de aparecer el email del remitente cuando recibo el formulario en mi correo, me aparece noreply@jotform.com. Entro en notificaciones y en remitente no me deja dejarlo en blanco.
Gracias

Hi,
Unfortunately it is necessary to have a sender for the emails. The default is to have them sent by us which is the "noreply@jotform.com" address. You can setup your own SMTP and send email from your own domain. Though this occasionally causing issues with emails being sent. Here is our guide on how to do so:

If this is not what you were looking for, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.

Can you show us an email sample where the sender's email appears even if you haven't set the SMTP in your notification? Sender's email will only show if you have setup this in your mail alert.
