Creating multiple application forms

I am creating grant application forms to be embedded on our award website. So far I've created one form for one of our awards. I want to use this as a template to create two more application forms for two other awards we offer, and edit them slightly to reflect the different requirements on each award. Is it possible to use the existing form that I have already created for the other two applications?
